You Choose the Topics and the Level

if you...

- Are self trained on Outlook so far
- Not Sure which level would suit
- Have a number of delegates with varying knowledge
- Need a more flexible solution....

We can advise you on all the topics available in Outlook and where you might use them. You can then make an informed decision as to which topics are relative to your organisation.

Usually a few simple questions will determine the level that each delegate is at but it is always possible on the day to adjust or fine tune this. Refresher or booster sessions can be utilised to bring delegates to a point where they can attend a more advanced level.

The best way is to contact us for a free consultation where we can point you in the right direction.
